Question : I just found out I had an episode of heat burning thru chest and down arms then tingling in my arms. After a hot flash thru face and body.

Hi,

Please note that this could be due to a number of causes including hypothyroidism or diabetes... So, I would recommend that you get a blood test for fasting and postprandial blood glucose levels together with the HbA1c test to exclude diabetes... Along with these, a blood test for thyroid hormonal profile including fT3, fT4, and TSH to exclude hypothyroidism...
