What Causes Burning Sensation In The Mouth?

infection, ulceration, medication, consult oral physician
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
As far as the burning sensation in the mouth is concerned, it can be because of many reasons like anemia or fungal infection or any ulceration. We do treat it. However the cause should be evaluated to understand the cause. Your should consult a good oral physician and get it evaluated. Once we diagnose it we can treat accordingly with topical anesthetics like lignocaine, topical analgesics like choline salicylate, topical antifungal agents like clotrimazole.
In the meanwhile, kindly upload the images of your inner side of cheek, gums and tongue so that I try if I can make a diagnosis and provide a treatment plan.
I hope I have answered your query. If you have any queries reply me back.
Take care.

No other option, consult physician, topical triamcinolone
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your reply. I myself Dr. Mahesh, I am from XXXXXXX XXXXXXX I don't know any doctors in your place. You can take help from the health care magic customer care executives to upload the images if possible. Without seeing the images or your oral cavity it's very difficult to give diagnosis. You can take topical triamcinolone acetoide ointment for time being. You need to consult a good oral physician and get it evaluated. There is no other option left. Take the medicine what I prescribed you now and observe for a week and let me know the improvement.
I hope I have answered your query Take care.
