Apply ice inside the nose, keep rinsing the nose with water continuously. If it will persist, should see ENT specialist as soon as possible to rule out nasal damages like ulcer etc.
Wish fast recovery.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
The best thing you ever do is to decide to stop sniffing perks. As you are having some problems while doing so, you need medical investigation by ENT specialist who will examination your nasal mucosa thoroughly.
So nothing to be ashamed of. Get an immediate appointment and ask for help. I need to know that your nasal mucosa is clear and not damaged before giving final conclusion.
I still advise to apply cold water or ice when it burns. Taking oral antihistaminic meds can also help.
All the best.

Hi back my dear,
If this is your case then :
- keep flushing the nose with salt water
- apply ice if burning is unbearable
- take OTC antihistaminic orally
- as they are running a lot, can use nasal decongestant locally
But I still think you should consult an ENT specialist.
