Question: Hi, had my wife give me a hand release 5 days ago as she was in her period. Since then i've been having burning pain in my organ, what do i do. P.S i have had cold sores on the mouth in the past and just did a FBC 4 days ago but it was fine

Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you had masturbation by your wife and since then getting pain in penis.

The pain is most likely to be due to trivial trauma due to vigorous and rough shaking of penis while masturbating .

Taking pain killers and anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac ( 75mg) twice daily after food will help to resolve the issue within a week .

Till then ensure to avoid sexual encounters .

There is nothing to be worried about .

Is diclofenac an NSAID as i have GERD and it may aggravate the reflux

Since you have GERD you may take it along with Pantaprazole .for 5 days only .It should not aggravate your reflux.
