Question: Hi, I am having some burning when urinating and pressure in my pubic area. There has been no discharge or no lesions or bumps or any kind on my genitals.

Hi, I am having some burning when urinating and pressure in my pubic area. There has been no discharge or no lesions or bumps or any kind on my genitals. The burning continues after urinating at the tip of my penis and some agitation in general in that area. Skin looks normal and no real pain on my penis. I have had prostate issues in the past and it seems like these were some of the same symptoms. Any ideaa from these symptoms?? Im going to the GP Tuesday but am worried about what it could be. Yes i had unprotected sex with one frmale on Dec. 24th and a pregnant woman who im sure was tested for all things upon going to the doctor. So im doubting that it is a STI. Any help is appreciated!!

Brief Answer:
Could be due to infection of Prostate (Prostatitis)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have infection of Prostate (Prostatitis).

In view of previous history of prostate infection and history of sexual contacts with unknown females twice the possibility of Prostatitis is can not be ruled out .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital recta examination examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) Semen examination and semen culture.

In the mean while start taking broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkalizer thrice daily .Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
