Hello,
Thank You for consulting HealthcareMagic!
I have gone through your reports. Good to see that you do not have urinary tract infection. I too would suggest to with you GPs adivce of drinking plenty of water.
Mild enlarged prostate is common in this age. I do not think that this is causing your symptoms. It is not of very big concern as of now.
Continue to drink good amount of water and do a follow up urinalysis. Also, check that there is nothing odd with your diet and drinks.

Dear Doctor,
Many thanks for your Professional and Beneficial guidance.
I just want to check with you since my "Amorphous Urates/Phosphates" result it is ++++ can this be the reason for the burning sensations since I understand it is crystals?
Best regards
Brief Answer:
may be of little significance..
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
With rare exceptions, the finding of uric acid crystals in urine is of little clinical value. Generally, no specific clinical interpretation can be made based on the finding of amorphous crystals.
Amorphous sediment can be found in healthy urine as well, so a positive result does not suggest a pathological condition. Common crystals seen in healthy patients include calcium oxalate, triple phosphate crystals and amorphous phosphates.
I cannot be sure that the symptoms are because of this or not as physical examination is needed to properly assess that.
