Question: I have burning feeling on my upper left middle back.
I sit at a work desk all day. It feels like there is a heat patch on my back.

Brief Answer:
Tab gabapentine & chlropheniramine maleate

Detailed Answer:
It could be due to heat rash or nostalgia paresthetica.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take tablet gabapentine 300 mg twice daily and take tablet chlropheniramine maleate 4 mg once daily at bedtime for 2-3 weeks.
Also apply a soothing lotion like calamie lotion on the affected areas twice daily.
