thanks for query.

You should continue with good amount of water and cranberry juice and same time get urine microscope examination to evaluate for infection. the former helps flush out toxins out of urinary tract.
Prostate enlargement is second thing in my mind. If prostate secretions dry up you can have similar feeling of burning.
