Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have burning in urethra after passing urine and ejaculation and pain in testicle.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Are you married?
2) Did these problems started after having unprotected sex?
3) Did you have any discharge from the urethra before you started getting these symptoms?
4) How is your stream whether weak or normal ?
5) Do you masturbate very frequently?

The pain in urethra and ejaculation is mainly due to inflammation of urethra and testicle.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine Culture
2) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Ensure to drink more water. To keep your urine dilute.

Brief Answer:
Could be due to Prostatitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for feedback.

Pain after urination and ejaculation with discomfort in the perineal region is suggestive of infection of the prostate (Prostatitis) secondary to excessive masturbation .

Get your urine and semen culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which thy are sensitive to,

In the mean while start taking broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefiexime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

You may need to take antibiotics for 4 weeks .

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water. To keep your urine dilute .

Thanks and Regards.
