What Causes Burning Sensation In Vagina After Urination In An Elderly Woman?
Question: my mom aged 60 year have burning sensation always at vagina from where at that point where she pee
all urine report is normal .
and after lens or durbin check up there is no problem found
now what we will do
she is very worry
but there is no burning during urination and easily urinate and urine is clear but after urination the exre is burning she take pain killer almost after one or two day please suggest me it's very serious

she got the allergy and itching near private area
but now this is all right
but burning is still here
the urine culture and sensitivity have no growth and all report of urine is normal like colour SP. gravity pH protein pus sell crystals cast etc and ultrasound is normal
is this may be a cancer
but there is no leakage from vagina and no dirty urine only
burning at urine comes out point
she also take tablets for hormones
she take almost one pain killer in about 2 days

As I mentioned, I still think it to be due to hormone deprivation. But a fungal infection is also probable. In such a case application of clotrimazole vaginal suppositories should provide relief. Combination suppositories containing tinidazole can also be used to control any anaerobic infections, if any. However, getting it confirmed by her gynecologist would be a better idea.

please suggest cream name which contains clotrimazole and tinidazole
and which can be apply on the burning point of vagina
you can only tell the cream name for external use only
I apply it after the suggestion of doctor
but doctor say there is no infection
