Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Since the reports are normal, you are not involved in sex, no burning while peeing, the burning at the meatus can be due to local problem.
This can be due to dermatitis, retained soap.
This can be idiopathic meaning no known cause.
Do you do masturbation ?
Any medicines you have applied locally ?
Can you send a photograph ?

Brief Answer:
Should get alright soon.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
What lubricant do you use for masturbation?
I is possible that excessive rubbing caused mechanical friction and the burning, nothing much to worry. This usually gets alright within a few days.
Avoid masturbation till this is healed and drink plenty of water as you are already taking.
Do not apply anything locally.
Do not fondle.
Give it a rest for a few more days.
Should get alright soon.
