Question: Hi doctor I had sex with a Guy who is clean No drugs or alcohol we didn't use a condom the second round he said he felt like his penis was burning I was like Okay I don't know Why and next day he sends Me photos of his penis with Little cuts or sores doesn't look new to Me he said it came up instantly I have No cold sores orPpimples or anything around my vagina today I feel a Little warm sensation inside my vagina Never usually do and he used some lube stuff too I can send photos to you help ME

this is What he send Me does this look like something that would come up after having sex at 3am and 4am then at 11am his at doctors he tells Me this happened and now I'M feeling a Little tingle inside but this Guy was an ex that I had a thing with last night but how come my current partner of 5 years Never has got this ever or I've Never felt a tingle inside before this don't make sense to Me

He can get investigation done to rule out herpes.
You can just watch for any symptoms or lesions.

Yes you would have had symptoms or lesions earlier.
Moreover the rashes in him do not appear like herpes rashes .They appear more like erosions.
So unlikely herpes

But some can be asymptomatic without rash.So better to rule out .Also can be a recurrence in him too.
