I have gone through your query. Vitamin deficiencies of B complex and vitamin C can cause this.
Rinsing with warm saline is good. You can also apply gels contain choline salicylate like Zytee RB gel.
Taking vitamin B complex and vitamin C supplements will be helpful to get rid off these if it is due to deficiency.

In US you can get Dologel or Tricosal which is same as zytee RB. This you can ask in Pharmacy. This is for pain relief. If oragel gives you pain relief then you can continue using it. Rinsing with warm saline saline and supplements of B Complex and vitamin C helps to get rid off it.
