Brief Answer:
Testosterone and Thyroid

Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Sorry to hear about your symptoms. Let us analyze your symptoms.
A low testosterone would make you feel tired and fatigued.
Hypothyroidism also could cause tiredness and lot of gas and constipation. Since you have been started on Synthroid, this should improve gradually.
The smelly phlegm could be due to a combinaton of sinus problems and GERD.
GERD itself can cause metallic taste in mouth and burning sensation in tongue.

You should try to repeat a testoterone test together with a prostate test ( PSA). If the repeat testosterone is low and if prostate normal, you may be started on Testosterone replacement.

You must also check for low Vitamin D levels.

And last but not the least, anxiety can worsen all the above symptoms. Please relax. Do yoga and meditation. Talk to good friends and liste to lots of good music. Do stretching exercises. All these will make you feel relaxed.
