Brief Answer:
This is likely to be urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I understand your concerns about possibility of herpes and burning micturition.

Burning micturition without blisters or anything else is not herpes. I think doctors have diagnosed wrongly about this just based on symptoms alone.

I believe this is simple urinary tract infection(UTI) which not treated well.

Please get urine culture and sensitivity test done. This report will tell about infection with a particular organism and the medicines it is responsive to.

Treatment of this UTI will help in reducing burning micturition.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Regards
Dr. Soumya
