What Causes Burning Urination And Reddish Grey Spots?

Yeast infection possible.Not necessarily STD.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
As there was no pus or discharge per genitals or urethral opening, the burning sensation during urination might be due to poor consumption of water without a STD. The presence or absence of infection of urinary tract can be diagnosed with a very simple test of urine examination under microscope in a medical laboratory. Presence of pus cells or WBCs more than 4-5 in urine deposit confirms urethritis. Absence rules out the same. If pus cells present, further investigation would confirm STD or Non-STD and treatment has to be accordingly.
Reddish grey spots over glans penis might be due to an yeast infection. If it is confirmed by examination and investigations, anti-fungal local applications along with oral anti-fungal tablets for 3-4 weeks to get a complete cure. Both of you must take treatment together and an abstinence from sex is essential for a total cure. Ruling out STD with other blood tests also would be useful to clear unnecessary doubts.
Consult your Dermatologist and follow his/her advice.

Not a STD, possibly a skin condition.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome again.
Very glad to know that you are free from Gonorrhea and Chlamydia.
If you can upload a good quality of the picture of the lesion It may be easy to guess the possibility.
It is unlikely to be due to STD and possibly due to some non-venereal skin condition.
