What Causes Burning Urination And Redness On The Penis?

Question: Hi, I am of 39 years and 9 months old, from last few days (perhaps 3 weeks or more may be ),I am suffering with severe infection on my penis.
When I pass urine it burns a lot and there's huge redness on the top and even on the skin (visible once it's being pulled ).
During these days, one strange thing that I have observed and notice, is of very small drops of urine being dropped with out any sensation and specifically while sleeping.
Is everything related with my infection, I am bit worried and thinking, whom to consult.
It's a huge burning sensation in (in penis cut) and around (only at the top and at the soft skin, seen after pulling it) the penis.
I have applied Candiderma, for few days got relief but after that it again occurred and now even after applying it daily no visible relief.
Please advice.
