What Causes Burning Urination?

Question: Wed Nov 5th It was burning while urination and got worse throughout the day to the point where the pain was a 10 . went to Doctor Nov 6th he put me on ciprofloxacin and did urine test for STDs came up negative for all and there was no Growth in urine . Checked prostate and was not enlarged. Suggested I see urologist if I did not get better. I got worse, to the point where I could not even urinate I had to squeeze the head of my penis hard to get the urine to start to come out very weak steam and spraying when I urinate . I was oozing blood drops after I urinated. Went to Urologist Monday Nov 10th did another urine test told me he was sure it was Chlamydia - gave me 4 pills to take and sent me home . I got worse more blood in urine the pee hole was red and swollen severe pain when I urinate and still level 10 only way I can urinate was to squeeze myself because my pee hole was practically swollen shut. Went back to Dr on Wed Nov 12th because urine came back again negative for all stds. and now my eyes were blodshot red and enflamed as if I were cutting onions.. ( Not sure if it was related) Suggested I do an cytoscopy to check for blockages or anything else . There were no blockages , just severely irritation. Told me it was a severe case of urethritis , gave me a Shot that had some antibiotic in it , and put me on another antibiotic and have me some eye drops and anti inflammatory pills The following morning everything got better. I was able to urinate pain less went from a level 10 pain to a 4 then the following few days it went to a level 2 pain No Blood in or after urine. from 15th till today 11/19 I have XXXXXXX at a steady 2 as far as pain. I called the Dr and told him I had run out of antibiotic and if I should come in for more? I also told him when I get an erection it hurts feel like a sprained ankle . cant even touch my penis or move it cuz ill be in pain and discomfort. He told me that I had received every antibiotic under the sun and I just have to wait this out and it will get better .
Im just nervous that I have been at a steady 2 as far as pain and burning during urination and now the erection pain. Does this sound right ? Is this something I have to wait out at this point or could it be something else?

yes, I was having unprotected sex. but was about a week or so before this happened, I was masturbating they day before this happened and I think it had something to do with that... I had taken an oxycodone for my knee pain and while masturbation I had lost my erection from my meds. I tried to masturbate with a no erection for about a half hour. Could I have hurt myself?

The urologist says that my 7 days of antibiotic are up I have no more meds left and the DR gave me just another 2 days of anti inflammatory and Uribel and told me that I would get better and dont need any more meds. Should I go back to him for more antienflamatory ? I did have all the urine tested and everything came back negative. today will be exactly 2 weeks since this happened and 1 week since I started to get better. I just want to know if theres anything else I can do.

The Dr told me that I shouldn't have any more meds... should I go to a different dr?

Also I usually go to the gym and play hockey and run on treadmill is this something I should not do right now ? WI'll being active effect my recovery ?

Today is Nov 23rd I have been feeling fine.. no pain when I urinate , Feel great. Only thing is that I was having pain in the head of my penis when I get an erection . My girlfriend was over last night . we were kissing and having a heavy petting session. I was highly erect . I started to bleed from my pee hole . we stopped and I went to pee some blood at the beginning and end. a few min later I felt in my pants that i was oozing blood like a nose bleed. changed my underwear and went to sleep .. woke up this morning with a decent amount of blood in my boxers. about as much as you would give off on a nose bleed. when I urinated some blood. there was 0 pain though.. help please
