What Causes Burning While Urinating And Pain Near Rectum?

Question: sir, I masturbate 3 - 4 Times in 15 minutes duration since 9 years. From1 year I feel mild burning when urinating and also I feel continuous prostate pain near rectum, continuos bladder pain left side only.I stopped masturbation.I consulted urologist. I had ultrasound test, CUE test,. But no detection infection or prostate enlargement. Now I m scaring. these symptoms are prostate cancer? please help me sir, how to cure these symptoms

Symptoms are mostly due to Chronic Prostatitis.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Prostatitis.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Has Urologist whom you consulted did culture of the urethral discharge after doing prostatic massage?
2) Was Trans Rectal Ultrasound scanning (TRUS) done and what were the findings?
3) What is your serum PSA. which is the most important screening for cancer of prostate.?

Your symptoms seems to be due to Abacterial Chronic Prostatitis.

Considering your age of 29 years old There are no possibility of you having cancer of the prostate.

Please get culture and sensitivity of urethral discharge done to rule out any bacterial infection.You will need to get prostatic massage done by your Dr or health personnel to get sample of urethral discharge for culture .

Further treatment will depend upon the results of the culture report.If it turns out to be abacterial prostatitis doing a prostatic massage daily for 3-4 weeks will help to resolve your problem.

thanks for your answer sir, after abdomen ultrasound Kub-pvr,Urine culture test , PSA done ,reports were negetive sir, doctor proscribed alfuzosin hydro chloride, Cifran for 1 month. I had take for 1 month. but I feel no cure sir, again I consulted urologist, he said Me that you will need cystoscopy for finding about bladder, prostate.but TRUS , urethral culture test was not done, is cystoscopy must need for me sir, any complications for marriage life due to cystoscopy sir? more excessive masturbation from 9 years can cause above symptoms sir?

Please get the investigation which I have suggested in my reply earlier to confirm diagnosis of abacterial Prostatitis.

Cystoscopic examination will help to confirm the diagnosis It is a simple endoscopic procedure and will not have any ill effect on your sexual potency.
