Brief Answer:
Cabbage has high sulfur content

Detailed Answer:
hi.
thank you for posting query at HCM.

Between 500 and 1500 milliliters of gas is usually passed per rectum daily.
Flatus usually contains O2 and CH4.
Farts usually smell Bad when "sulfur compound" are added to it.

Addition of sulfur compound is usually by two methods.

First, if the gas remains in the intestines for an extended period of time, bacteria start adding foul smelling sulfates to it.

Secondly, ingestion of food containing alot of sulfur.
Foods to avoid include vegetables from the cabbage family such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower. Other foods rich in sulfur are meat, eggs, cheese, whole cow's milk, garlic, onions, horseradish, and sulfite preserved foods like wine and dried fruits.

- To minimize malodorous gas, eliminate meats like beef and pork ( if you ingest) from your diet and substitute them with their low sulfur counterparts such as fish and chicken.
-ginger and chili peppers should be added whilst cooking food.
-vegetables including avocados, eggplant, spinach, and carrots have low sulfur and maybe included in diet.

therefore, to sum up, a healthy and low sulfur containing food diet will help avoid bad odour farts.

Any further questions are welcomed.

Hope to answer your concern.
Wish you good and sound health.
