Brief Answer:
Yes it can restrict from walking

Detailed Answer:
HI

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

Yes severe calcification of Iliac arteries reduces the blood supply to legs which in turn causes pain in legs which increases on walking. The pain progresses with time and ultimately can occur even at rest.

With further progression of the blood supply to legs becomes nil and gangrene ( death of tissues ) starts from toes which progresses to involve whole leg which in turn may get infected and cause multi organ failure

Hope this information was useful to you.

Any clarification feel free to ask.
