Can severe cacification of aorta abdomen infranel cause severe pain and can severe calcification of illiac vessells eventually restricts you from walking..if not treated at all..worse case scenario if not treated besides death.

Yes severe calcification of Iliac arteries reduces the blood supply to legs which in turn causes pain in legs which increases on walking. The pain progresses with time and ultimately can occur even at rest.
With further progression of the blood supply to legs becomes nil and gangrene ( death of tissues ) starts from toes which progresses to involve whole leg which in turn may get infected and cause multi organ failure
