Brief Answer: Callus/corns Detailed Answer: Hi and thank you so much for this query. I have reviewed the attached image. It is suggestive of a callus. This often results from repeated friction to this part of the body. My advice would be to meet a dermatologist/podiatrist who would prescribe drugs(containing salicyclic acid) that can dissolve the thick layer and restore the health of your foot especially the right toe. You can obtain some more information from this trusted page. http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/corns-and-calluses/basics/definition/con-0000?p=1 I hope this helps. I wish you well and feel free to ask for more information and clarification if need be. Thanks! Dr. Ditah, MD.

Also, depending on other disease conditions like diabetes, different technic may be used and others discouraged. In the hospital, cut down using surgical techniques can be used. at home, softening it with warm water ant trying to get off a layer as often as possible with a cloth or pumice stone would help clear off calluses.
