Hi,
Since you have posted this query to general pool of doctors, I don't think a plastic surgeon will be willing to answer you. I am sure the site administrators would have tried reaching plastic surgeons for the last 10 hours before releasing your query to us. And as your query is about infection I shall take this opportunity to answer it.
As I am aware of dermal filler have localised action limited only to a small area of skin. Unless this procedure is performed aseptically, chance of cellulitis and infection is exceedingly low. You are talking about recurring skin boils, cellulitis and osteomyelitis (bone infection). To the best of my knowledge I am very sure these recurring infection have nothing to do with dermal fillers.
That being said without thorough investigation it would be difficult to predict reasons for recurrence. And I assume you may have been evaluated earlier. If not, blood sugar status, chronic infection and immune function are the first three possible condition that should be checked for. You can discuss with your local physician / orthopedician about those conditions.

Blood sugar; serological test to rule out infection/immunocompromise
Detailed Answer:
Complete hemogram and ESR are routine tests performed during infections. In view of recurring infections I would like your doctors to test for blood sugar along with serological tests to rule out chronic infections including HIV. I am sure your local physician / orthopedician will know about those tests.
Unless dermal injections and fillers are administered aseptically, chances of infection from those is not very likely. Presuming you are receiving those injections at a registered / board certified units, I don't think those injections are responsible for recurring skin and bone infection.

Please don't be alarmed...
Detailed Answer:
The tests to understand immune function is varied according to complete clinical history. I am very confident that those are already performed in your case. And your doctors would have disclosed abnormal / positive test results to you.
My intention is not to create panic; but to make you aware that it isn't easy to know what causes recurring infections. Based on clinical facts and studies the known factors can be rule out by medical history and lab tests. On this forum with the limited data I am positive that fillers and dermal injections have very little to no role as the cause. Talk and discuss with your treating doctor.
Hope I am clear with my message.
