Question: 16 year old boy has pain in sinus areas, cheeck and eye. The right eye is swollen. The left eye does not bother him. I am sending a photo. What is the diagnosis. What do you need to knowe to decide?.

Hello There! Thank you for asking Health Care Magic.
I have gone through your querry and i understand.
I saw the report and i think this is cellulitis of the eye ,a complication of a sinusitis( since he suffers from sinusitis)

The infection from sinuses is extended to the eye causing infection of the skin around the eye ( cellulitis.. A proper treatment is needed to prevent further complications ( infection may spread in the eye...)
The boy has to go immidiately to the local doctor ( hospital),to do a full evaluation ( confirm the diagnosis ) and start the treatment against the infection( antibiotics).
Meanwhile use cold compresses on the area and take painkilles( Tylenol)

Please follow the advice and take him to a local doctor.
