Brief Answer:
Chronic CSR

Detailed Answer:
My Dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
This definitely is a chronic problem and if nevoNAC doesn't show improvement, this intravitreal injection apparently is the only way out. This will definitely show improvement as there still is fluid in the retina.
Carry on with IV injection and you will have improvement.

Dear Doctor,

Thank you for your suggestion.
Kindly let me know that, this is one time treatment (with one IV ACCENTRIX Injection ) or I have to take it again/ regularly. Since IV ACCENTRIX Injection is very costly.
Also kindly suggest any other way to get rid of this Chronic CRS problem.
Further my right eye is presently O.K. and I am taking "Tears-eye drop" - 3 times for both eyes. Kindly suggest If any precaution to take for my right eye so that some problem may not occur for my right eye.
Please note , I am working in a Engineering project firm and had to spent 9-10 hrs working on laptop.

Brief Answer:
Chronic CSR.

Detailed Answer:
my dear,
Good of you to get back to me.
Tears drops are only for surface lubrication and are lubricant.Only helpful drop is nevonac, which is to be continued.
Another important factor is to abstain from tobaco in any form.At times people have to continue with i.v. injections and they are not cheap.Continue with nevonac drops and have anti oxidents also and you will be fine.
