Brief Answer:
Reactive hypoglycemia/stomach,blood pressure issue
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
From what you are describing, the symptoms your son is developing after eating might be related to:
- reactive hypoglycemia: do measure his blood sugar levels after eating and when he is having the episodes
- stomach problems: discuss with GI specialist to run upper endoscopy for further evaluations
- if he is having changes in blood pressure (bp), you should measure his bp after eating and when he is having the episodes.
After having the results of what I've advised earlier, can give final opinion.
Hope it helped!

his blood pressure went up to 158/102 and pulse was 102 as well. blood sugar levels were around 98 during his episode at home, he monitored with that accu blood monitor and they were stable. its just that whatever he eats he gets similar results.
Brief Answer:
Stomach/cardio-vascular problems to rule out...
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Thank you for additional information you provided regarding the bp and blood sugar levels of your son at the moment of shaking episodes.
From what you are describing, hypoglycemia is excluded. Then, this makes me think over stomach and cardio-vascular problems. Should go for the tests as mentioned earlier to identify the right cause.
If everything is ok, then, should get further consultation with neurologist.
Hope it helped!
