Based on your description and the image which you uploaded, there area a few options that can be of help in this situation. In my patients, I usually advise a vitamin c extract combination available by the name eventone c. Its to be mixed with the sp 50 sunblock and applied 10 minutes before going outside. For fading away the dark spots LAA 25 containing glutathione extract would work equally well. These options need to be discussed with a dermatologist. These meds must not be applied on open wounds.
