What Causes Chest Congestion Along With Wheezing And Low Grade Fever?

Question: I went to see lpn at local clinic two wks ago for chest conjestion, minor wheezing n low grade fever. She listened to lungs said they were clear. I went ahead n took two days off work to rest. Went to work all last week and felt worse Thu. Went back to clinic. Same woman listened again n diagnosed walking pneumonia. Gave me breathing treatment, zcam and steroid for five day. Today day 5. Have not had fever but still coughing some and chest has ached n felt tight today w headaches. Took bp at store, 2 dif machines. 156/102, 158/104. I forgot to take my 20mg bp pill today. Took it earlier when home, about an hour ago n still feel achey chest/headache. Also took one reg aspirin. Cause for concern?

If you were my patient i would recommend to do:
- Blood work
- Chest Xray
- Cardiac ECHO

If no improvement after 2 weeks then contact a pulmonologist.
