Brief Answer:
Antacid therapy with Fundoplication will offer cure.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I understand your query and concern.
The symptoms in your case are strongly related to the underlying Lax XXXXXXX provoking acid reflux.
You can comfortably rule out cardiac disease since the entire cardiac workup is absolutely normal.
The symptoms in your case can be completely eliminated through combination of antacid therapy with pantocid coupled with antireflux surgical procedure like Nissen's fundoplication.
You need to consult a gastrointestinal surgeon regrading this procedure of fundoplication.
Post your further queries,if any.
Thank you.

Thanks.
Till surgical treatment, what precautions may be taken in order to minimize the symptoms/ difficulty felt.
This usually also triggers (aggravates) after having a rich (oily/ fatty) food. Kindly note that amount of food doesn't matter, simply high oil content food in little amount also triggers it, usually very next morning.
