Brief Answer:
May or may not be related...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Withdrawal from smoking may or may not be eventful. Therefore this chest pain may or may not be related to quitting smoking. If possible can you describe this pain for me - exact location, severity of the pain (on a scale of 1 to 10), associated complaints (if any)?

Awaiting you reply...

Brief Answer:
Get yourself evaluated...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This chest pain needs evaluation. It may be related to anxiety which develops in some patients during withdrawal period. However since you rate it as moderately severe, it would be worthwhile to get few investigations done.

I suggest you visit a physician nearby who can examine your cardiovascular system and then order for ECG. Stress test and echocardiogram may be needed.
