What Causes Chest Pain Along With Loss Of Consciousness?

Question: Hello there, I am a 22 year old female and have been experiencing chest pain for a couple weeks, (two months ago I fainted and was sent to the hospital where they took a ecg, a heart murmur was present but I was told it wasn't anything to worry about as I wasn't experiencing chest pains at the time). In the last two days it became increasingly bad that a day ago I was sat at my desk at work and I suddenly became very faint, the chest pain (pressure, heaviness) increased in intensity, and I found it difficult to breath, I was also shaking and went very pale. I then went to the doctors today and they sent me for an ecg, readings are:
rate 78, pr 150, qrsd 97, qt 375, qtc 427, p16, qrs 51, t -15. I've looked up these figures and they seem within the normal range, my question is, if the figures are normal does the actual diagram itself get dis -regarded, or are the patterns analysed and could something be present despite the figures being normal?
Thank you very much for any help and your time.

Hi there thank you for replying, your answers to the above questions are:
1. No it hasn't
2. The pain doesn't worsen with any of the actions above.
3. I've tried sitting in different positions but the pain remains the same.
4. I've never had any spine problems
5. That has been an option before when I fainted as I have fainted three times in the last couple of months, but it has been ruled out.
6. No I haven't
7. I haven't had that checked either
8. I was sat at my desk just writing something down, when the pain worsened in my chest, and I felt very dizzy, and my breathing become a lot more difficult. And no I have fainted a couple of times in the past, I have been to the hospital and doctors but they've never been able to find the cause.

Brief Answer:
Need further examinations
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms,
Chest pain can have many different causes , so I would advise you;
1. To undergo Echocardiography to rule out pericarditis and evaluate the aorta, if it comes back normal, then
2. To see gastroenterologist, to rule out oesophageal problems, which are quite common cause of chest pain. It there is no problem, then
3. See vertebrologist, to rule out musculosceletal cause of chest pain
Hope I could help you
Wishing you good health
