Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
Your symptoms could be related to musculoskeletal pain or irritating bowel syndrome.
I would recommend performing some investigations to exclude other possible causes:
- a chest x-ray study
- a thoraco- lumbar X ray study to exclude backbone disorder
- resting ECG
- some blood lab tests( complete blood count, blood electrolytes including potassium and calcium, PCR, sedimentation rate, kidney and liver function tests).
Meanwhile I would recommend taking some antispastic drugs ( buscopan, spasmodyl), besides antiacids.
You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
Hope to have been helpful!
