Brief Answer:
Possible acid reflux related chest pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

Your chest pain on the right side is possibly not related to any heart attack.

The symptoms could possibly relate to o acid reflux disease of Gut , which can present similarly.

Additionally underlying stress or anxiety can also contribute to such symptoms.

I advice you with a short course of antacids and anxiolytic medications to offer you a symptomatic relief.

I generally prescribe oral pills of CLONOTRIL 0.25 mg at bedtime daily for 2 weeks and Oral pills of PANTOCID D at 7am daily on empty stomach for 3 weeks. This should be effective in your case.

Further Investigative work up is needed in case if the symptoms still persist beyond 3 rd week.

Please check with your physician if he can prescribe these pills to you.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
