Brief Answer:
Most probably your symptoms are related to gastrointestinal disorders...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

As long as cardiac problems are excluded, then most probably your symptoms are related to gastrointestinal disorders.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations:
- Abdominal ultrasound
- upper endoscopy

More over I would like to suggest:
- Stop smoking
- avoid spicy food
- don't drink large quantity of alcohol
- avoid cafe, black tea, carbonated and energy drink

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

Brief Answer:
Emergencies have been ruled out, further testing needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

You are saying that you have done 4 ECG, cardiac enzymes, heart monitoring and chest x ray. All these exams were fine and your doctors have ruled out any cardiac emergencies.

As i said earlier once that heart problems are ruled out than gastrointestinal problems are most probably the cause of your symptoms.

However to definitely exclude heart problems if I was your doctor I would recommend to do:
- Cardiac ECHO
- Stress test
But you can wait till you reenter home to do this examinations as long as doctors have excluded any emergency.

Hope this will be of help!

Brief Answer:
Spondyloarthrosis might give the same symptoms...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for following up.

Now, feeling dizzy and tingling pain in the left arm might be also related to arthritis problems of arm joint affecting the nearby nerves. The final result could be the tingling pain.

Spondyloarthrosis of neck area can give the same symptoms as the nerves going nearby can also innervate the heart and left arm.

You can take OTC pain killers, keep warm and take more rest until you see your physician for further evaluations!

All the best!
Dr.Klerida
