Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

You are experiencing a new onset chest pain, shortness of breath and nausea that should properly be evaluated to find out what is causing them.

It's a good thing that the examinations on ER were normal and this exclude any life threatening problems.

However other examinations are needed to find what is causing your symptoms. If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations :
- blood work including cardiac enzymes
- chest x ray
- cardiac echo
- stress test

Meantime I suggest to take Advil or tylenol to relief your symptoms. If the symptoms will worsen again, please go back to ER.

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Then your symptoms aren't related to cardiac issues and other causes are to be excluded.

First of all GERD ( acid reflux disease or gastro esophageal reflux disease ) should to be excluded. This is why i suggest to do upper endoscopy to exclude GERD.

In case that everything will result normal than your symptoms are related to anxiety.

Meantime I advise to:
- eat often and small portions
- loose weigh
- reduce alcohol intake to a glass of wine
- add antacids (Malox)
- chamomile tea
this will help to further relieve your symptoms.

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!

i went online and read the report. Remote granulomatous disease?

Brief Answer:
Following advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Remote granulomatous disease is a findings on chest x ray that show an interstitial lung inflammation and granulomatous formation.

It's a reaction to interstitial inflammation from infection ( hystoplasmosis, aspergillosis, toxoplasmosis ) or non infection agents (sarcoidosis, talk, asbestosis etc.).

In most of the cases it's symptomless. However your symptoms may related to this findings. As i said earlier chest xray is essential to exclude any pulmonary problems.

My advice is to contact a pulmonologist for further examinations to find out the exact cause of remote granulomatous disease. However you shouldn't worry about that it never will transform on to a cancer.

Wish you health!
