Brief Answer:
Hdl is low
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for your information.
I have gone through your test report values.
Every thing is within normal limit except HDL (Good cholesterol) which is decreased. It should be more than 40 mg/dl.
Nothing to worry it can be increased by doing physical exercises and eating healthy food.
You need to do brisk walk for 30 minutes daily.
Eat healthy food like fruits, nuts and omega 3 fatty acids contains food like fish, nuts.
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
