What Causes Chest Pain With Tenderness?

Question: For the past couple of days I have been getting a random sensation of tightness in my chest. It comes and stays for a few seconds and goes away. It feels like I am tensing a muscle and then letting go. There is no pain or anything else associated with this sensation. I asked a question a few weeks ago because I was getting chest pain with tenderness and was told it was inflammation in the cartilage in my chest. I've never had this kind of sensation before, though. As I stated in my previous question, I went to the ER in July of last year for chest pain and was told I had inflammation, my EKG and bloodwork looked fine. Should I be worried?
Brief Answer:
Not to worry / get examined
Detailed Answer:
Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic
Your symptoms do not suggest Coronary Artery Disease (CAD)…pain from the heart is oppressing, in central chest (and left), worse on effort, relieved by rest, may radiate to shoulders and arms, associated with sweating and so on.
Very likely the pain is from muscle or cartilage… However the wise option is to see an Internist / get yourself examined / basic investigation like ECG and/or ECHO may be necessary...
Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
