Brief Answer:
I recommend performine a medical check up.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, it is important to characterize your chest pain nature (the duration, irradiation, possibility of its respiratory and movement modulation, etc.), as a differential diagnosis should be done.

It is necessary to differentiate a cardiac related chest pain from other possible exra-cardiac causes.

That's why I recommend you to perform a medical check up for a careful physical examination and :

- chest x ray
- resting ECG
- cardiac enzymes
- complete blood count, etc.

If sufficient suspicions are raised, than a cardiac ultrasound and a stress test should be done.

So I recommend you to immediately consult with your doctor to prevent serious possible complications.

Hope to have been helpful!

Feel free to ask any other questions, whenever you need!

Best wishes,

Dr. Iliri
