Question: constantly fear of having a heart attack

I'm 26 years old , weight 145 pounds, height 5'7 . I been having fear of a heart attack since I been having chest, shoulder, neck pain for a few months. I did go to the ER multiple times and had ekg, chest x ray, blood work done and all came back normal. No one in my family have a heart diseases. I want to see a cardio specialist to have a stress test or echo cardio test done but I don't know how much it will cost as I don't have health insurance right now and waiting for my medical approval. I live in southern california
