Brief Answer:
Due to weakness.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The chills can be related to the generalized weakness in the body due to the cancer cells and the surgery. This can be controlled with a healthy diet and keeping herself warm. Cancers are also associated with a decline in the body's immunity. So, a person is more prone to infections.
She can add nuts and fresh fruits to her diet and try to keep her body warm with extra clothes. It will take time for the weakness to recover and the chilly feeling to subside.
