Brief Answer:
Can be taken

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Both meth and xanax act differently in the brain and can be combined although with risk of intoxication. However I must acknowledge that 0.5 mg of xanax comes under therapeutic dose range and can be used at this time.

I hope this answers you.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
