What Causes Chills, Fatigue And Constipation?

Question: I had a sudden onset of pain in the middle of my belly...thought I had to use the bathroom and did...the stool was normal but the pain remained..now I feel like I need to go and can't...I took a ducolax thinking constipation but also had chills and fatigue... I am trying to decide if a trip to ER is warranted or is this constipation that will pass... there is also a slight burning (heated) feeling in my belly that started about 2 hrs ago.. I am hungry so I don't think I have to vomit

I'd like to obtain a few more details before concluding on this whether an ER trip is necessary or not.

1. What is your body temperature?
2. How was your last stool?
3. How bad is this pain (on a scale of 1-10)?
4. Is it constant or intermittent?
5. Have you ever had a similar pain in the past?

As soon as your responses get here, I will not make the decision on whether and ER trip is immediately necessary or not.
