What Causes Chills In The Head And Face?

Unlikely to be TIAs/ Could be Migraines!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported. I have reviewed the information entirely and it is not suggestive of a TIA. TIA's would rarely alternate randomly and would not occur without producing a neurological deficit.
I am more of the thinking that these symptoms may rather represent a migraine seen the fact that it affects just one side and you are going through some tough times right now. For now, I will like that you get enough rest, try to address whatever is stressing you out, and try a combination of Tylenol and Ibuprofen at doses recommended by your pharmacist. If these fail to resolve your symptoms, then I will recommend you visit a doctor for examination and maybe some testing.
In all, this is not TIA. Possible Migraine. Try rest, moderate and refreshing exercises, a trial of Ibuprofen and Tylenol. If symptoms don't improve, seek medical consultation with your primary care physician.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
