Question: I have a history of chronic constipation, abdominal pain especially after I eat and for the past few days my stool is gray. Could let me know if this could be or is serious?

Here is some information:
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,
By gray, do you mean it was light colored, such as clay colored? This can be from a couple of things - sometimes from medicine (are you on a new laxative?) but can also be from bile duct obstruction. With bile duct obstruction, the stool doesn't get it's normal brown pigment but instead is light or khaki colored.
If you have had this for a few days, and also have abdominal pain, I recommend you go in to be seen by a doctor. An abdominal ultrasound, to look at your gall bladder would be advisable.
