What Causes Chronic Constipation While Suffering From Piles?

Question: I repeatedly suffer from piles. I have consulted general surgeon 6 months back but he told me that you don't need surgery, you have chronic constipation only. At that time there was a blood clot in piles and he prescribed regular paracetamol tablets. It took almost a week for comfort. Since two days again the same problem is repeated. I need your help to get fast relief from this situation.

I am suffering from constipation and I need to go 2 to 3 times in a day in toilet. I observed blood clot in piles and its paining and also swelling in anus area.

You need to take laxatives.
You can take Cremadiet Duo two scoops in 250 ml of water at night.
Clinical examination has to be done to assess the size of piles.
If the piles are of larger size, you may require surgery.
