Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, it appears to be a lower respiratory tract infection that can be treated on outpatient level. The chest needs to be auscultated for wheezing ando ronchi. If required then bronchodilators like salmeterol with budesonide combination inhaler can also be advised. A wheezy chest is classically observed in asthma patients and LRTI commonly exacerbate asthma. Clarithromycin or amoxicillin with clavulanate can be the choices regarding treatment.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
