What Causes Chronic Diarrhea?

Question: For the past two years, I have been experiencing diarrhia ingon a weekly basis. The strange part is that this happens every Sunday between 12PM and 3PM. I have tried changing my routine on Sunday, eating differently, but nothing changes. I have spoken to my Doctor and also a Gastreoilogist, they have no answer. Can you help me, I am desperately in need of help.
Brief Answer:
Follow the changes as given below for one week
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You are saying to experience diarrhea only on Sunday from 12pm to 3pm for two years now.
From what you are describing, it seems related to your Sunday's lunch or medications you use.
You are also saying that are using laxatives. May I know if you use them only on weekends?
If I was your caring doctor would advise to have the same meal menu during all days of the week including Sunday's lunch.
I also encourage to use probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora.
Avoid laxatives and run these changes fir the next week . At the end if the week, you will see if you will still experience diarrhea or not.
Let me know how it goes.
