Question: chronic headache and sharp eye pain symptoms and excedrin and Tylenol is not helping is this something seriously wrong

Duration of headache, intensity, character?
Throbbing or Bursting nature?
Associated with nausea or vomiting and sensitivity to light or sound?
Aggravating factors like missing meal, sunlight?
Any fever, visual loss?
Amount of pain killers taken during last one month?
Sleep disturbances or stress?
Excessive use of pain killers may convert episodic migraine to chronic migraine with associated medication overuse headache.
You may take amitryptiline, Flunarizine or divalproate, Topiramate, propranolol for prophylaxis.
Pain killers should be taken less frequently.
Prevention should be taken.
Avoid fasting, skipping meals, excessive tea or coffee and chocolates.
