Regarding the fluttering, as all your cardiac performed tests have resulted normal and a cardiac arrhythmia has been excluded.
Coming to this point, I would recommend performing some blood lab tests to exclude other possible causes of fluttering:
- complete blood count for anemia
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid dysfunction
- blood electrolytes for possible electrolyte imbalance.
