What Causes Circle Like Rash On Hand And Cheeks?
Question: Hi doctor.
i got a small circle like rash on my abdomen, I thought and applied ring guard, but later some days it disappeared and came on my left hand wrist and left cheek , so please let me know what medicines i have to use. I like dogs very much, and recently i have played with street dog i dont know weather it has this problem.

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and it is quite clear from it that you have developed a fungal infection which,most likely,has come from the street dog.
Dogs are known to transmit fungal infection to humans.
If you notice a Hairless round patch on the skin of dog,then it is sure that the dog is having fungal infection.
There is nothing to worry for this as treatment is very easy.
Apply local CLOTRIMAZOLE cream on the area where infection is here.
Keep applying the cream for atleast one week more after the clearance of local lesion.
Take oral antifungal tablet FLUCANAZOLE 150 mg every week for 4 weeks.
This way you should be completely all right.
Don't share your clothes,towels etc with others so as to avoid transmitting to them.
